Founded in 2010, YUREI (formerly: FREULER) is a Swiss manufacturer and retailer of luxury watches, jewelry, and accessories. As of 2024, there is one retail store in Los Santos.
Today, YUREI expresses its rigorous spirit of innovation, the boldness of its creations, and an uncompromising demand for excellence.

Personalization is available on certain creations. We offer engraving for our jewelry and watches, and embossing for leather goods.
If you wish to have your YUREI creation or other products engraved or embossed, please enter the text after you write the delivery address in check out.
Please note that personalized creations cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products purchased through the YUREI website or store may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Conditions of Sale.
You may return your piece to the YUREI store within 14 days of receipt, for exchange or refund. We strongly recommend you keep note of your order number which is located on the label itself.
All items returned must pass a mandatory Quality Control examination, and you will be notified of the examination results.
All YUREI products are beautifully wrapped and delivered in the signature YUREI green box.
If you decide to order on the website, your YUREI product will also be carefully wrapped and placed in especially discreet protected packaging for delivery. A YUREI shopping bag is also enclosed with the package. A gift card is also available upon request.
You may accompany your purchase with a personalised message on a signature YUREI card.
Please note that when you purchase an item online or by phone sales, "YUREI Remote Sales" will be the name stated on your certificate of authenticity.
The YUREI Guarantee applies only to creations purchased from any of our YUREI stores or through our e-Commerce
For products purchased on the YUREI store, the completed warranty card will be enclosed with your order.
